The driver, identified as Lorin Manley, was unresponsive inside. A rear passenger, Gloria Manley, and a child passenger were also unconscious. Paramedics pronounced both Lorin and Gloria Manley dead at the scene. The child was rushed to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.

A second vehicle remained on the road with significant front-end damage. The driver, Jason Scott, suffered serious injuries and was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.

Investigators believe speed played a role in the crash. Police say Scott was tested and showed no signs of impairment. Officers also said there was no immediate indication that Lorin Manley was impaired, though toxicology testing is still pending.
